The Forepaugh’s mansion was converted into a restaurant many years ago. It is haunted but the people who dine there don’t seem to mind.
People like pictures of Victorian houses. I can tell because me blog analytics show clicks and Victorian houses get clicks. This beautiful home is in Winona Minnesota. I was there a couple of weeks ago and plan to go back so that I can photograph more historic homes.
I love the red brick and the Victorian era front porch. There are so many treasures like this on Selby Avenue in St. Paul. Some are in good shape and others are not. I once threatened to photograph Selby from the Cathedral to Lexington Ave. I really should do it.
Technically these are Queen Anne style Victorian era homes. I never get tired of photographing them because they are colorful and have so many interesting lines. These are on Laurel Avenue in St. Paul not all that far from downtown.
I love taking photos of these houses that is why they keep appearing on this blog. This home is located on the East side of St. Paul in the Dayton’s bluff historic district. The bright green leaves and the clouds make it look better than it does in the snow.
