Snow in March in Minnesota is very common yet disappointing after some 60 degree days.
Sometimes in March people start thinking about spring. In these parts we can think about it all we want to but March can be very snowy. The photo was taken in late April.
Just trying to show my support. We have not really gotten much snow this year and it hasn’t been horribly cold at least not by Minnesota standards. I took this picture last year.

This years Saint Paul Winter carnival grand day parade was held on a day where wind chills were in the double digits below zero. I managed to capture the ground blizzard in the background on this shot. I generally enjoyed the parade in spite of the bitter cold.
