I missed the annual artists event where I would have gotten to photograph this scene with a bunch of photographers in the way :). I managed to get the photo without any people in it. I had to wait and I may have cropped the photo a little too. The poinsettias look and smell heavenly.
it is always fun to photograph peeling paint. I have a neighbor who collects stuff and noticed this chair as I was cleaning up the garden for the year.
There is an area East of downtown St. Paul, sometimes called the East side 🙂 where there are some of the finest Victorian era homes in St. Paul. I have been doing some serious photography in the Historic Dayton’s Bluff area to show some of the homes that have been renovated in recent years.
No snow yet but the local shop keepers are fixing everything up all pretty for the holidays. I have heard that there is no place like home for the holidays and while I am sure that is true for some I would love to go some place warm for the holidays. Tropical even.
The grass is amazingly green for November but it is red in places too.
