Many St. Paul City parks include water features. Even the parks on the river or on the lakes. The water in the park along the Mississippi River has been turned off for most of the season. Probably because of flooding. It is nice to see it on again.
A temporary art park. It doesn’t get a lot of use in the morning but it shady in the afternoon. It is hard to take it all in but there are blue chairs and flowers.
I had to take this picture because it is so unusual to see these park benches empty.
St. Paul has many parks with water features. This park is on the river bluff above the Mississippi River and along Kellogg Blvd.
This photo is from a collection I call “most stolen”. This shot has been swiped many times and is used to market downtown St. Paul in various ways. I thought it would be fun to post it again rather than going out in the cold and taking another.
It is common for extreme cold to come right after a snow storm. The clouds move out and the wind comes up and the sun goes down. Brrrrr. Let is snow.
