I am not sure what these are but I am finding blackberries and wild grapes in the woods. I have been looking everywhere for chokecherries but at this point I will have to head North because the season is over in this part of the state. September is a time of flowers and if harvest.
This was kind of fun. The dragonfly was in bright sunlight and I just happened to have a zoom lens on my camera.
One of the larger pot holes at Taylor’s falls. A great place to go on a fall weekend. Close to the Twin Cities.
I have been searching for barns to shoot because I like the way the red looks against the snow. This one is at the dodge nature center which is close to home. Mayne over the weekend I’ll go a bit further away to the big barns that sit out in the open fields.
It was a dreary day in the Rockies but we had fun taking photos. This one was made by creating layers in photo shop elements. One layer in black and white, one in color and one with a blur. The shooter is a friend who may or my not like the photo. 🙂 She is colorful. I would like to see the photo she took when I took this one.
