I had fun with the HDR processing on this one. I will probably get some more like it before the holidays are over. It is easy to find trees like these in most any mall. I enjoy the holiday season a little less each year. I would like to celebrate it differently. For me the perfect holiday would be on a beach some place with a cold drink and my camera.

Things have not changed all that much except these days the worker bees that have homes have indoor plumbing because it is the law.

We took a little field trip last weekend to Hot Sam’s antiques. I always enjoy it because there are so many things to photograph. I love the colors and the rust and exploring the grounds looking for treasures. They accept donations which is a good thing because I won’t buy stuff. I want less stuff not more.

When I look at these old trucks I can not help but notice how much safer cars are today. The dashboards are softer and there no metal knobs sticking out. Not to mention the lack of airbags and safety glass.
