Water and green leaves go together. We have had a wonderful summer with a lot of rain. I am looking forward to some spectacular photos when the leaves start to turn.
I know my plants but am not sure what this is. It grows in a swampy area in the woods. It is like magic the way green pops up on the forest floor.
I love the colors of the willow trees this time of year. Right now they are a light yellow green.
No I didn’t take this photo today. I probably took it last May or June. I am as always looking forward to spring.
Over the years I have taken 100’s of pictures of the Saint Patrick’s day parade in St. Paul. This one is still one of my favorites. The parade was special that year because it was warm out and sunny. A very rare occurrence on March 17th in these parts. Enjoy the day!
The chocolate pot is likely an antique. It is my mother’s but she doesn’t remember how old it is or where it came from. The gold trim is a little worn in a couple of spots otherwise it is in near perfect condition and is beautiful.
