They like to bloom in the fall and I like to photograph them. Cosmos are very easy to grow and they usually survive a light frost or two before they give up.
This tree is about 200 miles south of the twin cities. It was blooming on Saturday. Get ready for blooms by the end of the week in Minnesota. Also get ready for many photographs of flowers blooming. 🙂
It is a shame these flowers don’t last very long. Enjoy them while they last.
Blooming in the upper landing park along the Mississippi river and just waiting to be photographed.
Found on the grounds of the Science Museum of Minnesota. Always a great place for a nature walk in the city.
These flowers always make me think of June.
