I just took this photo yesterday. It is of the Rossmor condo building on Robert Street in St. Paul. The last one I took was stolen rather often. I found it on the web sites of real estate agents and loft owners who have their units for rent. I also found it in the MLS. This is my new picture. I’ll be keeping an eye on it.
I remember when it was the Osborne building. The sculpture is called Skygate. Located in downtown St. Paul.
I photographed this with my iPad. I used an app called Autostich. It is an iPhone app and all you have to do is take photos and it stitches them together for a pano. I do plan on taking some panos with my camera soon.
Good timing on my part. I’ll have to go back and photograph it with the lights one. This picture is about a week old.
The building is square and the windows are square or rectangles with squares inside. It was a warehouse in the lowertown neighborhood in St. Paul that was converted to condos about ten years ago. I have a collection of pictures of downtown buildings so that when I list condos for my clients I don’t have to photograph the outsides.
There are some photos that people just love to steal. I have several pictures of the Rossmor because it is one of the buildings  I sell lofts in. I took a new one last week and I am sure I will be seeing it in the building and on the internet. It will be easy to spot because of the pepsi truck in front. 🙂
