Another picture taken at Indian Mounds Park in St. Paul, Minnesota. Oak trees kind of turn brown in the fall. This tree is beautiful any tine of year. The bench next to it provides a nice quiet place to enjoy the view.
I have taken this show before. Indian Mounds Park is on the river bluff with views of the river and downtown. It is a great spot to photograph a little color and the perfect place to get a good sunset, blue hour or night time picture of downtown.
Sunlight on maple leaves. A common sight for about two days. 🙂
I took this picture a year ago on a beautiful fall day. The brown object in the left corner is a hat on someone’s head. At least it isn’t blaze orange. The water on the horizon is lake Superior. There isn’t much time left this year for fall photography in Minnesota but we will have lots of sun and warmer weather in the metro area and the leaves are almost at peak.
Facing South and headed over the Mississippi River. The Robert street bridge has been spanning the rive since 1926.
