Biking on West 7th near downtown is quite a challenge. This peddle cab driver seems to be doing fine.
I took too many pictures at the annual Saint Patrick’s day parade. There was a huge turnout as it was on a Saturday and the weather was decent.
Limestone was used for building in the early days of St. Paul. It is plentiful on the river bluffs. This is part of the wall near the top of the Ramsey Hill. If you look along the sidewalk there are pieces of the wall here and there.
The houses on Summit Avenue are large and old and so are the trees. It looks especially nice in the Fall and in the spring when the leaves are just opening up.
My in-laws owned this house in the 1950’s. It was a kind of rooming house with small apartments. Today it is condos. No two are alike.
