I got some shots of the various home made flying machines dripping off the ramp at Flugtag. Most did not look very aerodynamic but the teams seemed to have a good time and the crowd enjoyed it. The crowd kept catching my attention. I have never seen so many people in the aprk and it is likely that there never have been as many there at one time. There were people every where and it was the crowd that made the event fun . . except of course the coming and going part and finding a place to view the event. There are thousands, no tens of thousands of people in this photo.

I started a blog a few years ago and have written thousands of words, and taken thousands of pictures to go with those words. If I could start all over again the blog would be just pictures because each picture is worth a thousand words and I don't have to worry about spelling them correctly.
