Nothing blinking or making noise just some wreaths, garland and red bows. Happy Holidays

You might recognize at least the top of this building. The Walgreen’s that was just across the street on Wabasha has moved in. The upper floors will be skating rinks for the Minnesota Wild, and I think there will be or is a coffee shop in the building too. I plan to go inside sometime soon.
The apartments rented out but the retail space is vacant. I know that at one point there was a carriage dealer and then a horseless carriage dealer in the building. In my own lifetime have seen many businesses come and go. A coffee shop, an antique store, and many more.
The building is located on West 7th Street in St. Paul between Walnut and Chestnut street. Just across the street from what used to be a Dairy Queen.
I had to take this picture because it is so unusual to see these park benches empty.
Growing right on the shore, sheltered from the cold.
