The middle of the day on a sunny summer day is a challenging time to take landscape type shots. This is a picture of St. Anthony Falls and the Mills district in Minneapolis. I paid a visit over the weekend.
The hydrangeas are blooming everywhere. Most are white and that is alright.
The only reason this got photographed is because it is the closest shared bike rack to the building that the raccoon climbed last week.
I time my walks so that I don’t have to wait for the train. This one was unexpected but it was short and red too.
I am really enjoying all of the green as I get ready to plant my kitchen herb garden. Some herbs will be seeded directly into the dirt in a week or two. I used to wait until memorial day but in recent years i have been planting in mid-May.
Pots ad baskets of flowers are a welcome sight and they make everything look better.
