I takes patience to photograph a butterfly with a cell phone. It is a little grainy because I had to zoom in a bit and it is square because I used Instagram.
I took the picture with my phone. The ducks live at Episcopal homes on University avenue. They were born last spring in the garden which can only be accessed through the building. The males have flown away but the females still live in the garden.
These ducks are oh so tame. They have spent their lives in the company if humans. We watched them grow from little fuzzy things that would follow their mother everywhere into adult ducks.
It has been awhile since I have photographed ‘urban hardware” on a regular basis. It is all around us and oh so photogenic.
These doors have almost as much character as rusty metal doors.
Looking to South and east in the top photo and to the West in the bottom. Taken from an upper floor at the pointe in downtown Saint Paul.
This tree is about 200 miles south of the twin cities. It was blooming on Saturday. Get ready for blooms by the end of the week in Minnesota. Also get ready for many photographs of flowers blooming. 🙂
