Doesn’t look like Minnesota in December with the green grass. We have had a little snow and a lot of rain and above freezing weather. The tree still looks nice. I used my widest wide angle lens to get the shot.
The set of windows above the train are in the building where my office is. I never get tired of watching the trains.
This one was taken with my phone. I was out last night taking photos of the tree in front of the union depot. I’ll have to go back and get some shots with snow in them.
Welcome to December! This shot was taken 3 years ago. It was cold that morning. There isn’t any snow on the ground but the roofs are covered with frost.
I missed the red one. I almost missed the grand re-lighting and hope that it looks the same today as it did the day it was relit last week. The “1” is the red blob to the right in the photo.
Usually Rice park lights get turned on after thanksgiving but not this year. They lit it all up last weekend and I missed it. I am just guessing that the tree lighting and fireworks looked just like they did when I took this photo in 2014. The photos I have taken in Rice Park over the years are my most stolen photographs.
