For Fun
roses are red

OK . . I ran out of photos a couple of days ago. I took this one a couple of years ago. I had to dust it off before I posted it.
Table for Two
by Tboard on Feb.21, 2010, under For Fun, Places
It is about the pears. The table is on the skyway over 6th Street just outside of Macy’s. It wouldn’t be a very good place to sit and chit chat but would be a great place for people watching.
Coloring
by Tboard on Feb.17, 2010, under For Fun
Now I have that “Color my world” song stuck in my head. I was looking for something colorful to shoot. I guess a box of crayons will do the job. They keep me busy these days, (not the crayons, my clients) which is probably good because if I am busy I am less likely to get into trouble but the down side is it is hard to find the time to snap a few. It is a quality of life issue. No time to shoot = 0 life quality.
OK it isn’t that bad but almost. . . I wonder what this one would look like in black and white?
Before the Fish
by Tboard on Feb.16, 2010, under For Fun, Places
This is part of the conservatory in Minneapolis which is part of the Walker Art Center, the same place that the fish I posted yesterday lives. This room has plants in it as you can tell and the vines are jasmine. It smells wonderful and is nice and it is warm, sunny and feels marvelous in February.
The annual shooting of the fish
by Tboard on Feb.15, 2010, under For Fun
I take this shot every February well at least I have for the last three years. I like the one I took last year better but I chose this one to put on the blog because if you look at the door to the right of the fish you can actually see the car parked a block away. You may have to click on the image to make it big enough to see. This is what I like about using HDR processing for interior shots. This image is made up of three bracketed shots which is easy enough to do indoors with nothing moving. I’ll go back again next February for more target practice with the Standing Glass Fish at the Minneapolis sculpture garden.
The Unknown Artist

He had colored pencils and he drew this amazing picture of a lady slipper. He was one of the many who attended the artists event at Como Park Conservatory last Sunday.
