There was a photography class and a busload of retirees at Como Conservatory in St. Paul enjoying the flowers. Several had their pictures taken too.
I make it to Como Park a few times during the winter. It is wonderful to see the trees and flowers. It is always warm inside and the air is humid.
It is hard to believe that just last week the weather was nice enough in Northern Minnesota so that we could all stand outside and watch the ships go in and out of the harbor.
I like trees and I have several pictures of this one. It was taken the day before the first storm of December but well after the destructive storm of lat October that took out parts of the Lake Walk and moved some boulders around.
Lake Superior is rarely still unless it is still. A couple of hours after I took this shot the wind started up and by morning giant waves were crashing into the rocks.
