Old House
I live in the older part of St. Paul and not far from a little pocket where there are many vacant properties. Most were owned by investors and now they are owned by banks, the city or a non profit that is working to rehab them or tear them down if they can not be rehabbed. This house looks like it could be cute if it were fixed up.
