When they closed the street a couple of weeks ago for the mens hockey tournament I took advantage of the situation and over a period of several hours managed to get photographs of some of our lovely historic buildings. I like having people in the shots but I don’t think the buildings look as nice when there are a ton to cars parked in front. It was so nice to stand right in what would be a busy intersection and get the best angle. Patrick McGovern’s is at 225 West 7th street in St. Paul, Minnesota

Beautiful shot and a rare opportunity, I would love to have the same chance to photograph some of the wonderful old Landmarks here in Seattle.
