Ice sculpture -Saint Paul Winter Carnival
This is how we party in Minnesota. The annual winter carnival ice carving contest. The sculptures are in Rice Park in downtown St. Paul along with a throw made of ice for the winter carnival royalty. This year is the 125th winter carnival. . . which I think ended yesterday?
