4th street E.
Boston had the big dig we have the new light rail line. Downtown is torn up. I have been taking photos now and then. It is a four year project and I want to document it in some way and wish that I had pictures of this street before they started digging it up and can not wait to photograph the trains on 4th in a few years.

I lived in Burnsville from 1982 to 1989 and still think the Twin Cities areas is the nicest I’ve ever lived in. It’s always been ahead of other parts of the country in many ways. Hope this project turns out to be a successful one.
