Harriet Island
Yes again a photo from Harriet Island regional park. This is a photo of the newest part of the park. It was just completed in the Fall of 2009 and then it was totally under water in the spring of 2010 when the mighty Mississippi decided to take most of the park back. They did an amazing job landscaping this park. I would love to have the time to photograph and catalog every species of plant they put in. Most are native Minnesota plants. The plants attract butterflies and birds and people like me.
