Eichten's Mouse
It is kind of cheesy but Eichten’s is a kind of landmark and the cheese is very good. The mouse city on US 8 near Center City Minnesota. there isn’t much near it. The scene kind of says small town or rural Minnesota. The mouse is a local landmark and I wasn’t the only one to stop and take a photo.
