Untility Box on Kellogg
Instead of being painted that ugly green this utility box has pictures on it of what you would see if the box were not there. Each side has the view that you would see if you stood where the box is. It blends in so well you don’t really see it. Located on Kellogg Blvd. in downtown St. Paul.

What a creative idea for disguising the far too common, green, utility boxes. Thanks for posting the photo. I will be sure to check it out on one of my walks along Kellogg Blvd in wonderful downtown St Paul.
