Sate Capitol Grounds
Landscaping is an amazing thing. Our state capitol grounds have sculptures and gardens. There are beautiful rose gardens too. I like to go for a walk on the grounds early in the morning on the weekend and just take it all in. I keep finding sculptures and water features. A great place to explore.

It depends on the shutter speed. When I shoot fireworks I just can’t wait for the 1 or I would miss the shot.
This is in the skyway downtown St. Paul just outside the Gilbert building at 413 wacouta. There is brick where the skyway goes into river park lofts where the lighting would be better for portraits. The sky way over 4th street outside the court house also has brick.
