Maybe this one is a little weird. I have taken photos like this before. Our wires are not buried like they are in the burbs. The city was built before we needed some many wires so they were all added later. It is almost impossible to take a photo of any building, house, landmark or even of the river without getting a few wires in the shot. I think with this one was aiming at the wires and got some building in the shot.
