This is my favorite of the four bronze sculptures in the Upper Landing River Park. The sultptures are by Douglas Freeman and are called the “Mississippi Guardian Birds”. They are the guardians for the navigation and migration routes on the Mississippi River. I like this one because it is a kind of action shot.

I like this one too. Down the hatch little fishy. Maybe you could show us the other sculptures??
I am missing the two in the middle. I should shoot them. Maybe I will. Has to be late in the day that is when the bronze kind of lights up.
