Water Lillie
I have to admit I love to take photos of flowers. They are colorful and fun to shoot. This one was taken at the Como Park Conservatory last summer. It is also my first attempt at using HDR processing with a flower photo. The processing helped bring out the reflection in the water and makes the lillie stand out, as it should because it is truly a beautiful flower.

Welcome to the Twin Cities photo blogosphere. Looking forward to your photos.
Lovely lily, perfect hdr work. Now I am more anxious for spring. Curious, do they allow tripods inside Como Conservatory?
BTW, I found your site via Twin City Photos.
No they don’t allow tripods inside. They do have special days when they allow them. They call them “artist events” and the next one is on February 8th.
